INSTRUCTIONS: First, enter your name and email.

Then click the 'Choose File' button.

You will be promoted to 'Take a Photo or Video' or select from your existing Photo Library.

Launch the Camera app from the Home screen of your iPhone or iPad. Swipe from left to right across the bottom to switch from Photo to Video mode. (Or just tap the word Video.)

Tap the Record button to start your video. Tap the Stop button to end your video. When finished, the video is stored in your Camera Roll.

Next, click the 'browse' button above to select the video for upload. When upload is complete, press the submit button below.

NOTE: Depending on the length of your video and your internet connection, it may take several minutes for the upload to complete. Once it has completed, you will see a green message thanking you for your video.
