Challenge: Develop a Better Posture (and more consistency)

This week’s Challenge: Improve Posture and Spine Angle

Bad posture will cause pulls, slices, tops, fat shots, embarrassment, and a loss of cash from your wallet. Bad posture ruins consistency, power, accuracy, and can even cause you back pain.

You need to maintain your spine angles back and through the ball as much as possible. Properly addressing the ball and maintaining good angles ensures you provide a reliable and powerful swing.

The Challenge

Your challenge should you choose to accept it, is to improve your posture over the next 7 days.

Perform the stretches in the morning and at night before bed.

Watch the posture video and practice your posture in front of a mirror twice per day for at least 5 minutes each time.
