Golf Aggressive is proud to offer an innovative approach to improving consistency and increasing physical performance, while lowering your score at the same time.
For less than the cost of golf lessons at your local course AND a personal trainer in your local gym (who is probably not as good looking as we are) you can become an online coaching client. Our unique approach focuses on improving your consistency, while also improving your physical performance, mental decision making and strategy, and building confidence.
What does this mean?
It means that after an extensive assessment, which will help both you and Rich and I determine precisely what your needs, goals, and childhood fantasies are – we will then set upon the task to help you achieve those goals. While at the same time meeting the needs of your lifestyle, and making your fantasies come true. (To be clear, we are not going to help you stalk Tiger Woods. I mostly meant we’ll help you get the golf body and golf game you’ve desired.)
OUR philosophy is simple, OUR methods are not.
When all other things are equal, every single choice you make takes you one step closer to your goal, or one step further away. It’s not always the easiest thing to do though, if you’ve never achieved what you want to accomplish.
And that sounds great…in theory. In reality, most things are not equal. Most people focus too much on one thing, and not another.

Working on a monthly basis, you’ll have your practice routine, diet and training program tailored specifically to you.
This is not some cookie-cutter program from the latest magazine.
Each practice program is YOUR program. Every time you step foot onto the golf course, you will have an exact day by day attack plan to implement. We will provide a schedule, detailed instructions, as well as the tracking charts you need. No more guessing what to work on – those days are best left behind you.
Each workout is YOUR workout. Every time you step into the gym, you will know exactly what to do, and exactly how to do it. No more guesswork, no more missed steps. Just personalized programming designed to lead you down a straight path.
Each meal is YOUR meal. Ever have that moment of panic where you don’t know what to eat? You know you should be eating something healthy and physique friendly, but you’re not sure exactly how to make that happen at each meal. No longer. Instead of just handing you a sample diet to follow, we will educate you on how to make food choices, how to prepare the right foods and avoid preparing them the wrong way, and how to deal in those emergency situations where life gets in the way of your diet.
Each month, you’ll be given a complete golf improvement program based on our assessment, and the previous months progress. Your practice schedule, fitness plan, and your meal plans will change depending on where you are relative to your goals. With constant E-mail support, we’ll be able to make the necessary adjustments and speed your progress along.
