My success so far and how you can duplicate it…

“As you walk down the fairway of life you must smell the roses, for you only get to play one round.”

– Ben Hogan

It’s time you and I walk the walk, TOGETHER.

That’s why I issued a public challenge Monday.

Lose 10 pounds of FAT in 4 weeks.

Further down, I’ll update you with my progress over the last 5 days. If you stay tuned, I’ll give you very specific things I am doing to encourage success via email and Facebook.

First, I issued my personal challenge to over 25,000+ fanatical golfers such as yourself. Email broadcasts, Facebook posts, and Twitter chirps. I encourage you to join me.

My real goal: I want to PROVE anyone can get in better shape.

If I can do it, you can do it.

Further on I’ll tell you what I’m doing to generate success more quickly than ever before (evil experiment I am playing on myself).

There is nothing special about me – granted, I am armed with movie star good lucks and a quick wit.

Kidding aside, I’ve just learned some tactics that anyone (YOU) can use to achieve success. Years of experimentation and test groups (and experimenting this month with Intermittent Fasting) have helped determine what works best for golfers.

The techniques I have used with thousands of golfers that just plain work.

But only if you take action.

Each day on Facebook, I’ll be sharing notes from my challenge. If I fall off the wagon, I’ll post it and what I did to correct course.

After all, no one is perfect.

So what is holding you back?

P.S. Heres one of my new Facebook posts going out later today…

10#4W Update: Scale reads 215.8#. Body fat measurement not taken, but will do so Monday. That’s a total of 3.4LBS in 5 days. Intermittent Fasting along with new workouts seem to be doing the trick.

When I began, I wasn’t sure what to expect from Intermittent Fasting or if I would be dedicated enough to pull it off. The results are promising, but by no means complete. 3 more weeks remain.

Interesting note… I thought I would be absolutely starving right before bed. The opposite is occurring and I know I need to keep the 16 hour window for it to give my digestive track a break – and this has helped squash all cravings. I think this reduction in late night calories is sparking this.

Another item is that I have much more energy during the day, and my sleep has been much more restful after taking on Intermittent Fasting.

My workouts are focused on getting stronger through the use of progressive bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, and kettlebells. Workouts have lasted 30 – 35 minutes this week. Foam rolling on off days along with driving range and 9 holes of golf.
