What you can learn from Tiger Woods… (printable workout inside)

Tiger Woods is the #1 player in the World again.

Injuries, affairs, lost endorsements, and of course embarrassment. Seems every TV commentator, magazine, and blog was making fun of him.

Yet, he’s back to number one…

Sure, he is blessed with talent… but that only took him so far when he was in his slump.

What had to be going through Tigers mind?

I’m fairly certain he faced an insane amount of doubt.

What can we learn from Tiger and how he fought back to become the world #1?

Dedication (i’ll explain how you can apply what Tiger did to make your golf game better further
down this email
).

Tiger never quit, even when it looked like the entire golf universe was against him.

And what does this have to do with you?

I would bet you have started a fitness program with the best intentions to stick to it. Did you?

For the vast majority of people reading this article I would wager you have started and stopped before you got the results you wanted.

Tiger’s comeback took YEARS…

New coaches, swing changes, new caddies… I am sure he had his doubts if things would ever turn around…

If you feel like everything is going against you, I encourage you to take action….

…TODAY.

Tiring easily on the back 9 and being out-driven by your golf buddies are all things we can fix pretty easily.

You just have to be willing to do one thing…

Take responsibility.

In fact, here’s a workout I want you to do this evening or tomorrow morning..

You can do this workout 3 times a week, every other day.

Perform them one after another… then rest for 1
minute when you finish 3B…

1A) T Squat x 12 repetitions
1B) Stick-up x 12 repetitions
2A) Single Leg Golf Posture Rotations x 8 each leg
2B) Pushup x 12 repetitions
3A) Lying Hip Extension x 8 repetitions
3B) Plank on Elbows x 30 Seconds

…repeat for a total of 3 times.

[———— /END WORKOUT ————]

Of course, I recommend alternating your workouts every 4-weeks and using 3 different workouts over the course of that 4-weeks.

If you are interested in implementing a full program, there’s no better day than today to get started.
